Recruitment at Abling

Abling are recruiting. We're looking for top-notch people to work with us in the areas of Python, Javascript and Design.

Programming test

If you are applying for a programming job with Abling, we have found that we can get a much better idea of how good you are by seeing some of your work. But it's not just code that you've written before that we want to see - we want to assess how you perform on a problem that we have set for you. The problem is simple, so shouldn't take you long to do - about 4 hours on average.

Design assessment

If you are applying for a Design job with Abling we will want to see a portfolio of your existing work, including websites and images. Please send us details with your CV or Resumé.

But we will also want to have an idea of how good you are at coming up with design ideas for areas that interest us.

Submitting your CV or Resumé

And, of course, there's the good old CV or Resumé. Keep it as short as possible, down to a couple of pages at most. If English is not your native language, please include your TOEFL, IELTS (or equivalent) scores.

Psychometric Tests

Everyone who applies for work at Abling has to take psychometric tests. They are online and only take a few minutes to complete. The tests help us decide how you will fit into our team. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers - just be yourself.

There are two separate tests to take. We tell you the results, as well as helping you to interpret them. The results are also mailed to us.
