At every stage we have rigorous quality control to ensure that what we deliver simply works. We can fix things that others have given up on and turn-around projects which have run hopelessly over-budget.

We can supply consultants to your site to assist with short-term projects. However, we aren't a body-shop so we prefer to work together with clients, but doing the bulk of any development at our own offices. Turnkey systems. Project rescue
Not everybody's projects run to plan . We can rescue projects that you have given up for lost. Our company was founded on just such a basis and we haven't lost any of our skills.
Project audit. If you're using a large consultancy company, they are probably robbing you. We can help you find the areas which they have padded for profit, or where their productivity is estimated to be far below industry norms in order to inflate the price.
Is that really true? It is in our experience. In one recent project we found a single arithmetic error which lead to double-counting worth around $5m.
